David Reese was named Vice President, Americas Product Development in January 2019.

David began his career at Goodyear in 1995 as a Mechanical Engineer.  Since then, David has had a diverse career path, progressing through a number of positions with increasing levels of responsibility.  While at Goodyear, he has worked in Global Engineering, Tire Engineering, Automotive Engineering (Southfield, MI), Project Management, Operations Management, Customer Engineering, Director of Product Marketing, and Regional Technology Director – NA Commercial.

In his current role, David is responsible for the development, technology and continuous improvement of all products in support of the Americas  and Off Highway New Products Roadmap.

David has degrees from Virginia Tech (B.S. Mechanical Engineering) and the University of Akron (MBA: Management).  He is married with three children and lives in Copley, Ohio where he and his wife enjoy being active members of their local community.
