Newsweek added Goodyear Auto Service to its 2020 list of American Best Customer Service Companies.  

More than 20,000 customers were surveyed about purchases or services they have received over the past three years to determine which companies make the list. Each awarded brand received about 100 evaluations from customers.

Fred Thomas, vice president and general manager, Goodyear Retail, said the award is a "testament to the friendly atmosphere, attentive service and expert tire and automotive care our Goodyear Auto Service associates strive to provide every day."

Goodyear operates about 600 full-service and automotive repair stores in the United States.
